KalorAI Health Apps (“KalorAI”) provides nutrition and progress tracking tools. Contact: kalorai.info@gmail.com

• You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of consent in your country) to use KalorAI.
• Don’t misuse the service: no illegal activity, no attempt to hack, disrupt or reverse-engineer.
• KalorAI does not provide medical advice. Always consult a qualified professional for health decisions.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. If you suspect unauthorized use, contact us immediately.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card details. Your subscription may include a trial. You can cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal (link provided in the app and in your welcome email).

The KalorAI brand, app, and site content are our property or our licensors’. You retain ownership of content and data you upload to your account; you grant us the rights necessary to operate the service (e.g. display your entries to you, process analytics).

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

We may modify or discontinue features. We will try to notify you in advance when possible for significant changes.

• KalorAI is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or any loss caused by misuse, outages, or third-party services.

You may stop using KalorAI at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your country of residence unless local consumer law provides otherwise.
